Abstract

Keberadaan kecerdasan buatan atau artificial intelligence (AI) berbasis komputasi belakangan populer di tengah publik. Pemanfaatan digital sebagai platform bagi AI mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Pelbagai sektor memanfaatkan inovasi berbasis digital ini. Di balik pelbagai kemudahan yang dihasilkan dari kecerdasan buatan ini, terdapat tantangan yang harus direspons secara sistemik melalui instrumen hukum. Penulisan ini menggunakan perspektif doktrin negara hukum dan maqashid syariah dengan metodologi penelitian yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan norma (statute approach) yang menjadikan peraturan perundang-undangan, asas hukum, dan doktrin hukum sebagai obyek kajian utamanya.
