The APHTN-HAN Proceedings (Online ISSN 3063-9654) is a peer-reviewed academic publication established in 2023 by the Association of Constitutional and Administrative Law Scholars (Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara – APHTN-HAN). The Proceedings serves as a scholarly forum for the dissemination of high-quality research and critical discussions in the fields of Constitutional Law (Hukum Tata Negara) and Administrative Law (Hukum Administrasi Negara).

The APHTN-HAN Proceedings is committed to advancing rigorous and impactful legal scholarship by publishing original works from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students. It welcomes interdisciplinary, doctrinal, empirical, socio-legal, and comparative approaches that examine contemporary issues related to constitutionalism, governance, democracy, public institutions, judicial developments, administrative reform, human rights, and public policy.

As part of the APHTN-HAN annual National Conference, all papers published in the Proceedings undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified experts in the relevant fields. Accepted papers are also presented during the conference to encourage scholarly exchange, constructive criticism, and academic collaboration among participants.

By fostering critical and evidence-based legal discourse, the APHTN-HAN Proceedings aims to contribute to the development of public law scholarship in Indonesia, strengthen academic engagement within Southeast Asia, and promote broader discussions on law, justice, governance, and constitutional democracy in the global context.
