Authors who publish in this proceeding agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright of the published papers will be transferred to the proceeding as the publisher of the manuscripts. Therefore, the author confirms that the copyright has been managed by the publisher;
  2. The publisher of the APHTN-HAN Proceeding is the Association of Indonesian Constitutional and Administrative Law Lecturers (APHTN-HAN);

Repository Policy
