Abstract

Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) serentak yang akan dilaksanakan di tahun 2024 nanti merupakan pemilihan umum untuk memilih Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Indonesia, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, Dewan Pewakilan Rakyat Daerah dan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah. Penyelenggaraannya telah ditetapkan untuk dilaksanakan di tanggal 14 Februari 2024. Penyelenggarakaan yang serentak ini, akan lebih problematik, dalam hal persiapan, pelaksaan maupun kemungkinan munculnya pelanggaran. Tulisan ini akan membahas mengenai, upaya mencegah dan menanggulangi berbagai pelanggaran hukum pemilu sehingga Pemilu dapat berjalan dengan baik dan akan dapat menghasilkan pemimpin yang baik dan berkualitas. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statute Approach) dan analitis.
