This study focuses on massive election law enforcement, namely during the pre-, implementation, and post-2024 elections. Elections are a manifestation of people’s sovereignty on the principles of direct, general, free, confidential, honest and fair. Elections as the implementation of the people’s democratic party which is highly anticipated in each period are not spared from various bad possibilities that harm many parties. Various violations can occur during the election period, both during the pre-election, election implementation, and post-election. These violations include, among others, the rise of hoax news that can trigger divisions, stealing starts and the use of state facilities in campaign implementation, money politics violations, and so on. There are still many types of violations in every election. The number of violations in the election must be balanced with the existence of election law enforcement so that people’s trust can be guaranteed. The background of this problem raises questions for the writer about how the Indonesian Election law is enforced during pre, implementation, and post-Election. The type of research used is normative juridical law research where the data collection technique used is through document and literature studies and the analysis used is descriptive. In conclusion, election law enforcement is not only the duty of the government through Bawaslu and KPU, but requires the role of the people and political parties in maintaining the country’s political stability during pre, implementation, and post-election.
