The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia reaffirmed its authority as a definitive judicial institution in testing the results of disputes over Regional Head Elections (Pilkada / Pemilukada) in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 85/PUU-XX-2022. This decision has implications for closing the space for the establishment of a Special Judicial Body as mandated by the Regional Elections Law, besides that the decision also has the opportunity to further pull the Constitutional Court into the middle of the Political vortex as part of the Judicialisation of Politics. This paper discusses the Judicialisation of Politics of the Constitutional Court in Indonesia (Implementation and Problematics) and its impact after Decision Number 85/PUUXX-2022 in the context of Election Law Enforcement in Indonesia. This writing uses the Normative Juridical Research Type by using the Legislation Approach (Statue Approach) and Case Approach (Case Approach) to get a conclusion.
